Delivery Details

At PC Food we aim to get all goods despatched to you within 3 - 4 days and as economically as possible. When ordering please allow enough time for delivery as guarantees cannot be made.

The majority of orders placed with PC-Food will normally be delivered within 3 - 4 working days, subject to our stock situation. Where this is not possible we will advise you as such and give you an approximate date for delivery. If the given date is unacceptable you may cancel or proceed with the order on that basis. No payment will be expected or taken from you until your order is confirmed and ready to ship.

Next day delivery can be arranged, prices on application & dependant on weight. We are happy to arrange Saturday deliverys, but the charge would not be at our standard rates, again please call for a price.

We try to keep carriage costs to a minimum so you benefit from our discounted pricing structure. As with all forms of carriage, the charge is calculated on a weight basis. We use two forms of transport to get your order to you depending on weight and size, either Royal Mail Recorded or DHL standard service.

We try to be as flexible as possible in our charges. Instead of charging a flat rate which would benefit you for larger items but not for a single ink cartridge, we have a sliding scale of charges, calculated for you as you add to your basket.

Our delivery pricing only applies to mainland Britain and certain parts of Ireland and surrounding islands. If you fall outside this area we will notify you of this and your revised carriage charge before proceeding with your order.

We currently ship goods to many overseas destinations and are happy to quote carriage charges to any destination, just contact us with your details and we would be happy to give you a price.
